The most commonly used products are products which are not considered as cosmetic products. For example, some hair products (for example, shampoos, conditioners) are also used for their health benefits. If you buy these products without looking at the ingredients, you may end up with acne, acne scars, breakouts, and scarring. If you have acne scars, they are more likely to come from the products which you have on your face. If you have the same scars as you have seen on this site, then it means that the products you have bought may actually have caused your scars. As of now, I haven't come across any product which is a total miracle cure for acne. For example, I can find no medical evidence that any of the acne products (e.g. AHA) is the only product that causes acne. Therefore, I am not recommending the use of these products. If you have been a victim of acne, then I would recommend you to read some medical papers (e.g. this one) that tell you the truth about acne, and also some anti-acne products. All these products I listed are free of ingredients, but only as long as you don't use them on their own. The reason why I listed these products is because many of them are not easy to use.
